Return Policy Matters to You!
It is OK to change your mind. If you’re not 100% happy with your new item, you can return it for free within 14 days of delivery.
LET'S BE HONEST: Returns are No Fun and can be very costly for everyone involved... except all of the shipping companies, of course. Most stores will make return very hard and charge you a lot. In wellness.furniture store, we only request that the products must be received in “like new” condition, in the original carton, with all of the original packaging, parts and accessories. Please UPS to ship the return back to us. Any damage to the chair (scuffs, scratches, odors and other infirmities), missing parts and accessories are the customer’s responsibility and may incur additional fees. Shipping and handling is not refundable.
So please DO NOT discard your boxes as they are required for any returns and/or in the event you are instructed to return your chair for service!
