Shipping Policy


Fast, Free, and Convenient!

All web and phone orders have Free standard shipping to metropolitan areas across Canada except certain remote areas within the 10 provinces and territories.For customers in remote areas, shipping quotes will be provided upon checkout.

Orders are normally shipped within 1-2 business days of order receipt, sometimes more and sometimes less; it depends on what you order and every order is different. For instance, some of our products are ready to ship immediately and some that feature a choice of colors/materials are custom made to order and can take a bit longer in production (2-3 weeks). We're always happy to check on an item's availability before you place your order so please feel free to Contact Us with any questions!

Most ground delivery takes 1-7 business days. Some delays may occur in shipping due to circumstances out of our control (e.g., weather conditions, errors in shipping address, availability of customer to receive delivery, etc.).

To keep you informed of your shipment status, information at every step of the shipping process is provided to you by email. When you receive your tracking number, feel free to contact the shipping company and arrange for delivery at your earliest convenience.

Special requested shipping/delivery methods are also available with corresponding charges.

Help us to protect your merchandise!

We work closely with our distribution partners to make sure your merchandise arrives safely. However, damages from shipping and handling may sometimes occur. The process is easy: you send us pictures and a description of the damages, we send you replacements. To help us protect you and your merchandise and enable us to make a claim on your behalf if items are lost or arrive damaged due to transport, it is important that you inspect all merchandise carefully upon delivery before signing the "Proof of Delivery" receipt. If you cannot inspect your merchandise upon delivery for any reason (e.g., you cannot fully unwrap the merchandise or do not immediately see any damages to merchandise or packaging), please declare the merchandise as damaged on the Proof of Delivery, before you sign. Signing a Proof of Delivery receipt without indicating any damages will free the transporter of all responsibility regarding loss or damage to your goods and prevents us from filing damage claims on your behalf. We take pride in making sure you receive your merchandise on-time and in good order. Shipping Information:
  1. All our products are shipped with either of the Shipping Companies: Canpar, Purolator, UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, Nessel Transport, Sameday Worldwide, Courier Services or best and most reliable options and are insured for the value of the product.
  2. WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY- This service is now available throughout the Continental USA and is available on many furniture orders that are not eligible to ship via UPS/FEDEX/USPS (i.e. larger pieces like sofas, mattresses, etc.). White Glove delivery is usually utilized for orders of items that require assembly/set-up (i.e. a bedroom furniture set, a sectional sofa), oversized items, or items that require a greater level of care and is utilized as often as possible (certain geographical restrictions may apply). When your order leaves our warehouse, you will be contacted with tracking/shipment information that you may use to track the progress of your order shipment. Then, our delivery service and/or shipping company will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment when the shipment has reached your local area (they never show up unannounced). White Glove Delivery usually includes a two-man delivery team to place your purchase inside your residence in the room of your choice. This service includes carrying the products up two flights of stairs from the building threshold (4-15 steps = 1 flight). If you live in a building without an elevator and/or need the products moved up additional flights, please contact us and we’ll make arrangements (a small additional charge may apply). Once the product is in the room you desire, the delivery team will unpack the product(s) and provide full setup and assembly. They will also remove and dispose of all packaging. Please ensure, prior to delivery, that there is adequate access and space to complete the delivery without hassle. PLEASE NOTE: There is NO additional charge for White Glove delivery outside of our normal shipping/delivery charges; however, only certain items are eligible for this service, and it is solely at the discretion of Wellness Furniture as to when this service is applicable (some may ship with Full Service Delivery or UPS/FEDEX/USPS). IMPORTANT: Any shipping damage must be clearly noted on the shipping documents at the time of delivery. Failure to do so may affect damage claim eligibility.
