It is ok to change your mind!

We take great pride in customer service, and stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not 100% happy with your new item, you can return it for free within 14 days of delivery. You'll get a full refund too, provided it's not been used!

All products purchased directly from us can be returned within 14 days of receipt. In order to return a product, a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) is required. The RMA can be obtained by emailing to hello@uusourcing.com. The RMA number must be noted on the outside of the returned Product container. RMA Numbers expire and become invalid after 7 days and merchandise returned without a valid or active RMA number will be refused and shipped back to the customer at their expense.

Products must be received in “like new” condition, in the original carton, with all of the original packaging, parts and accessories. Any damage to the chair (scuffs, scratches, odors and other infirmities), missing parts and accessories are the customer's responsibility and may incur additional fees. Shipping and handling is not refundable.

Customer shall be responsible for and prepay all shipping charges and shall assume all risk of loss or damage to Product while in transit to Wellness Furniture Canada. Wellness Furniture Canada will replace the returned product with a new replacement unit or issue a refund at the customer’s preference. Neither replacement nor refund will be initiated until after the returned product is received and inspected by Wellness Furniture Canada. If the Customer returns product to Wellness Furniture Canada without an RMA from wellnessfurniture.ca or beyond the 14 day period, Wellness Furniture Canada retains the right to refuse delivery of the returned product. If a Product is received without proper packaging, and/ without all parts and accessories, Wellness Furniture Canada retains the right to charge customer for additional items.

Once product is received at Wellness Furniture Canada and meets the requirements listed above, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment less the original shipping charge. All products are subject to a restocking and inspection fee of 15% of original purchase price. Please allow 3 – 4 weeks for the refund to be processed.
